The patent pending heat exchanger passively warms the cold winter air twice as well and has 10 fold lower breathing resistance compared to a cloth buff. The soft silicone interface and dual level shock cord adjustment couple with a nose piece to lock the gaiter in place while achieving “wear it all day” comfort.
A Talvi Air prototype was even tested by ultra endurance athlete Kate Coward on her way to second place in the 2024 Iditarod 350mile fat bike race in Alaska.
